Jayson Scherer is an environmental, health, and safety professional with over 30 years of experience. He has a comprehensive background in program development, training, inspections, and managing environmental health and safety compliance across both the public and private sectors.
His areas of focus include environmental, health, and safety compliance and training, OSHA inspections and abatement, workplace violence prevention, emergency preparedness and response, physical security, workers’ compensation, risk assessment and management, incident investigation, confined space and fall protection assessments, competent person inspections, pallet rack assessments, and OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Training.
In addition to hands-on project development and management, Jayson is an Authorized OSHA 501 Instructor and holds multiple certifications, including Confined Space Rescue Training, Competent Person Fall Protection, Emergency Coordinator Training, Violence Prevention, ServSafe Food Protection Certification, and Title IX Investigator Training. He is a University of Wisconsin–Whitewater alum.
Jayson is Wisconsin Firefighter Certified (Levels 1 and 2), has served in leadership roles within volunteer fire departments, and has lived abroad. He has also held responsibilities in human resources and facilities management. This broad experience allows him to offer a balanced, practical approach tailored to specific organizational needs.
Dana Lephardt is a Safety Consultant with over 10 years of environmental, health, and safety experience across both the public and private sectors. She began her career in the public sector as an Agricultural Inspector for the FDA, where she conducted audits, documented violation abatement, and guided regulatory requirements. Dana later transitioned to the private sector within food manufacturing, advancing through roles including Quality Manager, EHS Manager, and Regional EHS Manager. In these roles, she led the design and implementation of safety programs that significantly reduced incident rates and workers’ compensation costs.
Dana specializes in developing and implementing effective policies and procedures to support workplace safety. Her experience includes risk analysis, incident investigation, employee training, ergonomics, and process safety management of highly hazardous chemicals. Paired with a strong understanding of safety culture, she works collaboratively to help teams understand EHS requirements and support meaningful engagement in safety practices.
Dana earned a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Minnesota. She holds certifications as an Occupational Hearing Conservationist, Emergency Medical Responder, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), ISO 9001:2018 Internal Auditor, and OSHA 30.
Jessica Monville is a Safety Consultant with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, primarily in regulatory environments. She has worked across the food, beverage, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, serving as a key partner to operations teams throughout her career. Jessica began her career in the beverage industry with one of the largest brewers in the United States and progressed as both an individual contributor and people leader in environmental, health, and safety roles, as well as in human resources, food safety, and quality.
In these roles, Jessica created and implemented management systems and led companies and individual production sites through successful government, customer, and third-party regulatory audits. She specializes in program development and the implementation of effective policies and procedures to support compliance and workplace safety. Her experience in system audits, CAPA, project management, problem solving, education, and training, combined with her background in human resources and quality, enables her to support a wide range of organizational needs.
Jessica earned a B.S. in Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse, with minors in Chemistry and Psychology, and a master’s degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University. Her additional training and certifications include HACCP Manager Certification, PCQI, SQF Practitioner, ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor, FSSC 22000 Practitioner, OSHA 30 Hour Construction, and Competent Fall Protection Person.
